21 days from creation. After that, the order is automatically and permanently deleted from our database — there's no way to recover it, so let your buyer know to check before then if the package is still in transit.

18+ major carriers across the US, Europe, and MENA are directly supported with verified tracking links, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, Aramex, Yalidine, and more. If your carrier isn't listed, you can still generate a link — it'll open a search for the tracking code instead of a guaranteed direct link.

We only store what's needed to generate the tracking page: seller name, contact link, product name, carrier, tracking code, and optional notes. No passwords, no payment info, no buyer accounts. Everything auto-deletes after 21 days.

A buyer sees only what you choose to enter: your seller name, your contact link, the product name, and the carrier/tracking info. Don't include anything in these fields you wouldn't want a buyer to see.

No — akkiu.com is an independent, unaffiliated tool. The tracking button always sends the buyer to the carrier's own official website for the actual tracking status; we never intercept or fake that data.

Either the link is older than 21 days and was auto-deleted, or the order code was typed incorrectly. Double-check the code, or ask the seller to generate a fresh link.
