AkkiuTrack

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Akkiu is built to work without accounts. This page explains exactly what data the tracking tool stores, why, and how long it lasts.

What we store

When a seller creates a tracking link, we store: seller name, contact link, product name, carrier, tracking code, and any optional notes entered. That's the complete list — no passwords, no payment details, no buyer accounts, no tracking pixels.

How long it's kept

Every order is automatically and permanently deleted 21 days after creation. This happens on a schedule, without manual action — there is no way to recover data after it's deleted.

Local storage on your device

To save you retyping your name and contact link on repeat visits, the seller form stores those two values in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device — it isn't sent to us until you submit a new order, and you can clear it anytime by clearing your browser's site data for akkiu.com.

Third parties involved

Order data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. Submitting the seller form runs a bot-check via Cloudflare Turnstile. If you view the optional live tracking timeline on a tracking page, your browser communicates directly with 17TRACK to fetch it — that request doesn't pass through our servers. Each of these providers may process technical data (like IP address) according to their own privacy policies.

What buyers see

A buyer with a tracking link sees exactly what the seller entered: seller name, contact link, product name, carrier, and tracking code. Don't include information in these fields you wouldn't want visible to anyone with the link.
